Automatic information retrieval system (AINRS) is a system of information retrieval and commu-nication with an intelligent modem and a commu-nication software by recognition of attention command in a computer. AINRS is an intelligent operating system used for information retrieval and communication of data to a mobile-end user. Automatic Information Retrieval System is an inte-lligent computer communication system (ICCS) that enables the following objectives and aims: Providing an easy and flexible access to student information; Providing students with dynamic information both during the semester and during vacations; To provide access to basic information even in the absence of internet services.
