Hob, King of the Gnomes and Earth Elemental is not himself and his granddaughter Alsea, the dryad is worried. She has not heard from him in a long while and she wants her son Simon, the Forest Mage to investigate. But all I see not well with Simon either. Meanwhile, in the Land of Faerie, the Boroviche travellers have returned home to discover that time has moved on faster than it should have and huge changes have occurred. A new leader has emerged from the Boroviche and he wants Branchir, the Elven King's crown. Changes are afoot.
