Meet The Vicar. If you have read the earlier books in The Island Connection series, you will already have had a passing acquaintance with him. He's a psychopathic killer with a dog collar and reason for being who and what he is.

Sarah and Penny know nothing of The Vicar. Their task is to find out who killed Michel LeBrun, and why. Hjalmar knows nothing about Sarah and Penny, but knows all about The Vicar, which is why he grabs a knife when he finds him sitting in his kitchen asking for a cup of tea - Earl Grey, of course. And passion comes visiting when Penny and Hjalmar set eyes on each other on a warm summer evening.
