Ever since childhood, I am someone who always wanted to live in the future. While accepting the reality of the present, it wouldn't take me a quarter of 'the length of the present' to grow displeased with it and seek the future. This constant discontentment did not mean I didn't have an enjoyable life. Yet, most of the times I had enjoyable lives were when I lived in 'the illusory present of the future' or 'the fictitious present of the past'. The slices of poetic reflections contained in this book will testify these. Through these carefully selected samples, I have attempted my level best to express in the words of the world the rhymes and rhythms of my heart and soul. I humbly invite you to partake and celebrate with me the seasons of my soul.
