Explaining to a young son or daughter how important and necessary it is to serve can be a difficult task. Reassuring them that is it okay to carry on the everyday routines of being a kid. Though it may be challenging, we all have a part to play in encouraging service members and their families. We must stay positive, show love and be supportive of all armed forces members. They are truly our heroes!
