Jacqueline Chevalier has her share of ups and downs since becoming a Christian. She has to learn that even though Christ may be with her, it doesn't exempt her from pain and suffering that can happen in this world. The one constant is her friendship with the twins, Brian and Grace. She finds herself more and more drawn to Brian, who has too many objections to her relationship with Christ. Is there a future for them if he doesn't believe the same way as she? Jacqueline must learn to rely on Christ in every circumstance in her life, including skating and her relationships.
