Excerpt from a poem in Requiem called Reflection Of A Poet: "I am a poet. I use words as thread to sew the truth on the lapel of society. The scarlet letter painted on each and everyone in blood drawn by letters spoken as my words. The blood that is life. Life flows through poetry." Requiem is a collection of some of Craig Firsdon's favorite poems, old and new, a couple important messages and a special dedication.
