Join Phillip the Human-chameleon-dolphin-thing as he embarks on a magical adventure to pay debt to an evil Sea Witch. On his adventure he meets many people such as Emmet, a doctor, and a zookeeper. Phillip has to get used to the human ways while keeping loyalty to his deal. Everything was going well until an evil Sea Witch decides to interfere with the human life and punish Phillip. Phillip must stop this and save his friend! Will he discover a solution, or find his soul the Sea Witch's forever?
