Thoughts about Life Shared (is the second in a series of three books of Rhyme) that seek to provide insights into this journey called life. It was written to get the reader to think about what too many of us take for granted, namely life, a gift that is ours to use or abuse, to enjoy or to squander. The following, the first writing in this book of rhyme, serves to illustrate its thought provoking role: PURPOSE What is woman, what is man, Flesh, bone, or part of a plan, To exist, or to create, To act before too late. Limited time given to all, Rise to the challenge, or fall, Opportunity, what life is, Need too appreciate this. As through life go, Savor each moment, take it slow, Or seek material things quickly to accumulate, Realize their limited value, does one, before too late. Purpose, there must be to life, Not anguish, sorrow, turmoil, strife, Opportunity exists to do all one can, The real purpose, is that not, of woman, man? That is why the book is addressed to.... those not afraid to be challenged to think and reason, The man woman and child for every season.
