This soft-cover book includes full-size pattern pieces and step-by-step photo instructions for creating a hooded bathrobe with an exposed front zipper and optional hidden side pockets. Designed with the confident beginner in mind, this pattern will walk you through an easy zipper installation with plenty of photos to guide the process. You'll also have a chance to use one of your sewing machine's "fancy" stitches - the double overlock stitch - with the option of substituting a standard zigzag if your machine doesn't have that capability or you prefer something more basic. Supplies Needed:
- 1/2 yard mid-weight knit fabric, such as polar fleece, sweatshirt fabric or terry cloth
- Scrap of fusible interfacing (at least 1 1/2 by 8 inches)
- Vinyl zipper - 8 inches or longer (will be cut during process)
- Thread
