Sharlene Hendley matriculated through the educational institution of Mercer University in Macon, GA where she received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has earned a Masters of School Administration Degree from Cambridge College in Cambridge, MA. In addition, she also attended Turner Theological Seminary School in Atlanta, GA and is an ordained itinerate elder in the A. M. E church.
