Grobbing Thistle collects Grant Maierhofer's first poetry chapbook, Ode to a Vincent Gallo Nightingale (chosen by Dennis Cooper as a favorite work of 2013); a long poem dedicated to the life and work of Tim Dlugos, Seedbed; and a destroyed adolescent novel, GIVE UP. Grant Maierhofer is the author of The Persistence of Crows (Tiny TOE Press), Postures (Publication Studio's Fellow Travelers Series), Flamingos (forthcoming from ITNA Press) and more. He lives and works in Idaho.
