First off let me just say that this book had started out as a senior paper in college, previously titled, 'Flixrapeutic' that involves cinema therapy with the art of watching films. Moreover, exploring the question can films transform a life? While discovering the answer through using the power of film to find healing and growth, as you will find journal entries from my cinema therapy sessions. In addition, scholarly research on the chronology of films, analyzing the art of watching films and studying a lists of my favorite great film actors as one will learn the transformational effects of positive psychology in the movies to find self-healing. To add, you'll be taken on a cinematic transformational journey as I use my faith in Jesus Christ to help with the use of the power of film as a tool for intervention while I want to share my testimony with a world of Millennials.
