My association with many who profess Christ has let me know that the struggle of substituting ritual for a real relationship with God is wide spread. God is real and you can have a real relationship with Him. He invites us to walk alongside Him (Matt. 11:28-30). You can know you are saved, even when you doubt and fall short. It is not because we are righteous but because the only one who was ever righteous paid the price for our redemption. Yes, "Jesus saves to the uttermost!"
