Spog Tames a Bully, is a freestanding picture book, written for younger children who are experiencing playground bullying. The story is about Spog the Alien boy, who helps the children of Roswell Elementary School find a way to calm down the new kid at school. Spike acts tough, because he is insecure about himself. He looks for attention in all the wrong ways. But he learns with the help of the other children, that rude behavior wasn't the best way to fit into the clan. Spog's idea was to help change the boy into becoming a nicer person, and then invite him into their playground circle of friends.
