William leaves his London home. He travels under a pseudonym. His mission is simple, to make contact with Blancmange at La Petit Frais. If only it was that easy... 1st September - Germany invade Poland 3rd September - Britain declares war upon Germany. The ferry between Calais and Dover is suspended. William is stranded in Paris as a result. It is the beginning of a new life, a life not by choice, but by circumstance. William is targeted by the Waffen-SS. They want him dead. They see him as a threat. How did they know who he was? Was a murdered Frenchman a coincidence? Who could William trust?
