Conjured Images is a collection of unique photographs and drawings. It is a blending of these two art forms containing a variety of subject matter. Part of the theme is how artists see differently from others. Some of the art works are nearly photographic and some are drawings completely devoid of traditional photography. I often wonder what other artists are feeling when they create a piece I am viewing for the first time. Realistic art pieces often seem obvious in intent and words are unnecessary. Each of us interprets abstract art in a quite personal manner, which is a part of the treat. I've decided to state some of my thoughts and feelings during making these so that you, the viewer, might gain a clearer image of my idea. If you do not see what I have seen it means we are different, which is true! My hope is that this collection is enjoyable and may be thought provoking, dear reader. All the works I have conjured in this volume could be said to have an original foothold in the peculiar daydream state an artist may inhabit while creating.
