"In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth' is what we all know from the opening passage of The Bible. But He didn't just create them, He also deliberately made these two realms to be connected to each other. It was to be an inseparable bond that would span the length of the earth age. Further on down the pages of The Book, we would come to know about 'as it is in heaven, let it be done on earth.' Here was the proof that the one realm spoke to the other, that the one was the lead and the other the follower, that the one mirrored what was in the other. It also revealed that if it was already in heaven, and still needed to be done in the earth, then there had to be someone or something that had to do it. Enter 'The Implementer', a particular something that God chose from the beginning to fulfil this task. Adam would be the first of these, and out of him would emerge the rest of these who would continue in generation after generation, this purpose of implementing the divine will in the earth. God had a mandate for the earth, one that He was to unrelentingly pursue in every generation until it was realized - His glory covering this realm. The glory of heaven had to become manifest in the earth, and in order for it to become realised, Implementers were needed in every generation - one's who would hear from heaven in their day, and carry out the divine mandate in their territorial location. This is what Implementers are, and in the pages of this book is the stark realization that this is a divine demand of the Almighty on His people. God expects each one of us to play our part as an Implementer of His purpose and will in our day, in our time, and in the location He sets our feet on in this earth realm.
