Ann Trotman is facing a crisis of her own making. She betrayed her loving, mild-mannered husband, Steve, in favor of a new and exciting lover, and her decision is tearing her life apart at the seams.



Edward, a visiting acquaintance who resides in Atlanta, Georgia, is a smooth-talking serial philanderer who has added Ann to a long list of affairs. He convinces a naïve Ann that they can move away together, without ever meaning to leave his wife.



Steve is driven mad with jealousy and rage when he learns of her affair and her intent to divorce him and run away with Edward. In a shocking turn of events, two members of the Trotman household end up in the hospital, prompting a close examination of values from all those involved.



The lesson learned by the Trotmans is one too often forgotten: infidelity leads only to heartbreak and despair. Will this broken family recover?
