Middle class standards of living are falling. The economy is stagnating. The divergence in incomes and wealth between people who earn their income from wages versus those whose income comes from capital is becoming extreme. Artificial Intelligence and robotics will displace many, including middle class and professional workers. The "new normal", a stagnating economy, is not normal.
