THE AQUARIAN EMPATH CREDO: 1) I have the right to remove myself from people, places and things that I find harmful or toxic to me, understanding that I can do this without assigning blame or harming others. 2) I understand that the Light I carry may be unconsciously triggering to the shadow material of others. It is not my job to "fix" or intervene in their process, especially if I am not asked to do so. I drop all feelings of guilt about this, and am confident in my abilities to be detached, yet still loving and compassionate. 3) I understand it is not my job to suffer with or transmute the pain-body of the Collective into my own.
