Many have been traumatized and abused which has been inflicting them. I know by experience because I held unforgiveness for many years. The stages of unforgiveness started off as hurt then turned in to angry and rage and finally bitterness. Those that hurt me I allowed to take up residence in my minds and emotions. The people who had verbally, emotionally and physically abuse me held me prisoner for years in my mind, emotions and heart. Gaining freedom from emotions and physical bondage is not easy. Getting pass the pain of abuse that is cause by those who have authority over you or one you loved who use it to oppress you. I wrote this book with the hope to help someone take back their power to live a production life free from unforgiveness and bitterness. You may say who is this woman Julie Hitchens to tell me about unforgiveness and freedom from bitterness, about being heal from abuse? Does she have a degree in Psychology? Has she been through the things I am going through or been through? How do you know what it is to be bound or captured in an emotional prison? Well my life experiences of abuses are as follow; emotional, verbal and physical abuse in marriage, rape, molestation, abuse physically and verbally by parents.
