"The End Of Ignorance Is Intelligence" is the 4th series of diary entries by Henry Templeman that describe his everyday observations and experiences from a point of view that does not embrace, identify, or follow any particular religious faith, political party, or personal philosophy of any kind. Templeman applies this way of perceiving the world to explore some of the most important issues concerning all people today, which include issues about what is love, death, contentment, freedom, time, the self, immortality, meditation, God, and what it means for a person to instantly come upon what has been described as infinite, immeasurable, and therefore holy. In addition Templeman describes a new kind of intelligence that has nothing to do with data, information, or human knowledge, because he says all knowledge is inherently partial, fragmented, and therefore it is always incomplete, and to view life through the filter of that which is incomplete necessarily distorts perception, and as a result it creates an ignorant way of living. Templeman explains there is an intelligence that ends this distorted manner of looking at the world, which means it ends ignorant living, and at the same time it wipes away the problems of all forms of psychological conflict, division, and therefore violent human behavior. He says ignorance is the cause of violent behavior, and that intelligence is the key that ends it.
