If there is one thing that we as Human beings all face is trial and tribulation. In which is my main focus in this workbook and series to come. The workbook is based on what, every human being have to deal with, heartaches and memories. People say all the time forget the pass, and we try. I say addressing the pain that happened years ago does matter today. We as a people have developed what I call the "Mental Stow Away Syndrome". This syndrome is the pain, stowed away, we believe its been dealt with years ago, that unspoken pain, buried pain causing complied invisible emotional agony in your heart and mind until this very dayMy Friend every emotional cut still have a open wound, unaddressed issues. Never confessing it fully internally or outwardly, to be able except the reality of the pain it caused. I truly believe, this workbook will lead you into processing and acknowledgement of past pain and free your mind today. In spite of me being a born again Christian, my belief is we're all entitled to our own faith and personal belief. I honestly wouldn't mind if you came over to my side(smile). I can say whole heartily, I respect you as a human being and how you feel means something to me. Your color or creed is irrelevant to me. The most important in the world to me is all Gods people being set free of the negative weight life can bring. If you ask yourself what does she know? I would say to you I lived it and pressing to the mark of the high calling daily.
