"When in Love" follows the adventures of seventeen year old Rick O'Donnell as he takes us back to his junior year in high school. However unlike other students his age, his world is luckily filled with riches and pleasure to which he was never intended to have. Such that lead him to more than entertainment and pleasure. Rick becomes someone who accepts responsibility for every action and decision he makes knowing that they can either lead to love, sorrow, or even death. In his eyes this is what gives his life meaning.
