Training for Prison is a book meant to invoke thoughts and reflections. The idea for this book came from Hollis Batista's three decades as an educator, during which time she met many wonderful teachers, parents, and students. Many of the students she met were, in her opinion, training for prison. The students often did not believe that their path of life was heading in that direction; still, that is where their behaviors led them.
