The book includes ten circular walks which are easy to follow with step by step instructions, these are ten different walks which cover Southwest Coast Path, green lanes and quiet and quaint country lanes. They cover some magnificent rural vistas and some staggering beautiful coastline, which just paint pictures of the artistic tapestry of the multi coloured countryside from yellow rape seed to the splendid bright red soil found in this area with the back drop of vivid blue sky or the marine blue sea with its dancing white horses producing a low swell or very large surfing waves. The coastline is very rugged and there have been a number of shipwrecks, and it is also the coast that is well known for its smuggling in days gone by.
