Coloring is a very good way to calm your mind. You can drift off and get away. My mandalas in this book will help. There are some easy ones and some really crazy ones. When I designed them, I thought they were a mess. I was thinking HOLY COW! these are insane. How in the world would anyone color these? I colored them and realized they were pretty good.
