There is a group of individuals who have managed to unlock a part of the brain called the neorcotex (the thinking and creative part). They are not afraid of change, risk or being wrong. They are not fond of rules and do not want to be limited. They like to change things. They do not require a formal tertiary certificate to succeed at what they are doing. Some have never seen the four walls of school and some have. They know how to think without fear hindering them. It is about finding that one doctor, teacher that left their profession to start a business and make a success of it. Their passion drives them to succeed and not the need for money. We call them "The Misfits"
