Jacques Duvall, an MI6 agent working in London, is summoned to Paris to foil an assassination plot against the President of France, Francois Hollande. Working with a team of French agents, they discover that ISIS and Al-Qaeda have paid a Bulgarian contract killer, Penko the Shark, one million dollars to kill the President. It turns out that the assassin is not who he appears to be. Will they be able to unravel the mystery in time to save the President's life? Jacques Duvall's girlfriend, Francoise Dupree, is a Middle East research analyst for the DGSE (French Intelligence) in Paris and this assignment allows them to continue their relationship as it moves to the next level.
