A chance meeting in a Tuscan airport offers a stimulating start to the fire between Josafina, an Italian photographer and Ashley, a Canadian surfer. A surfing competition brings Ashley to meet Kawahi, a Hawaiian hula dancer and singer, on the famous north shore of Oahu. The romantic energy of Hawai'i could be a place for two of them to pursue their attraction unless their cultural differences interfere by becoming cold water on the burning embers of their desire.
