General Electric and the Grand Experiment is about the illegal and immoral dumping of polychlorinated biphenyls ( PCBs ) in the rivers, streams and land across the northeastern United States; and their continued flaunting of environmental rules and regulations . I have also attempted to look at what might be done to mitigate some of the damage done by looking at the latest research into some of the diseases that were caused by this dumping; type 1 diabetes in particular .
