Being a leader is truly a journey. One wonder's if it is possible to make it, as there will always be challenges of which to be concerned. As one destination is obtained, a new one appears on the horizon. Like any journey, however, it is important for the traveler to clearly see the destination they pursue, the means of getting to that place, and the environment or media in which their journey occurs.
