Water & Dust (The Safe Haven Trilogy) (Volume 1) Randall G Ailes 第1 版

Psychotherapist, Dr. Cinnamon Starr is pretty much unshakable in her therapy practice but meets her match with Michael Ro'dan, a disturbing client who has come specifically to her for treatment. He's arrogant, fearless, powerful and conflicted as he unfolds his past in a tapestry of tales. Michael's story weaves his background and an account of a people known as Havens who are murderously hunted by a vicious enemy known as the Lorn. A family on the run, a state trooper trying to put some semblance of a life together after a brush with something eerie and the psychotherapist are woven together by the threads of Michael Ro`dan's rendering of the past. Water and Dust begins with a phone call and ends with your heart in your throat. This novel has heroes that thunder, enemies that frighten and characters you care about.
