Social Worker, Anna Black, discovers there is more than meets the eye with what should have been a straight forward case of maternal neglect. The little girl she has been working with has also been the victim of a vicious assault. Anna becomes drawn into a world of child abuse and pornography and into the mind of a relentless, sadistic monster.
