This is a book about a young girl who is watched over by an Angel that grants her powers. Her boyfriend has also been given a crystal that enhances his abilities. They find themselves in a coma in the Real World, but have been taken to NOLAND by an Angel. NOLAND is a make believe place where comatose people spend their time. They have to fight against the creatures that are the imaginations of people until their time of expiration, one year and three days. If they die in NOLAND, they will also die in the Real World.
