Meet: Mr. Mayor and all of the Chicago South-Sider hare gangsters: Wrigley, Caponey, Dice, Fuzzy, Mugsey, Bronzey, Meigs, and Putz. Caponey wants to head for the Bruneau, Idaho Sand Dune Desert and enter the wonderland of New Jack Rabbit City.
