With their outrageous determination in preventing KAISER and his over-the-top plans to take over the world (KAISER supposedly aided and abetted by germ warfare and a major blockage of the Western world's oil supplies) the intrepid duo once again prove all it takes is a steady aim with a cattle prod, two elephants, a never ending supply of creme de menthe and champagne and maybe a soupcon of something more.
