Snows of Blood Conrad Jestmore

Irish gun-runners and paramilitary assassins all threaten Jimmy O'Reilly as he tries to find the murderer of Father William Crowe, his drinking buddy and Chisholm's parish priest. Balaclava-clad, AK-47 wielding terrorists and partisan torture chambers test his resolve as well as his sense of humor. "Snows of Blood," the third book in The Jimmy O'Reilly Mystery Series set in Kansas, returns with the usual cast of local characters. They include Laura, O'Reilly's Aikido-kicking side-kick, Janie, the teenage mother figure who keeps him organized, and Tiresias, his blind Ornate Box Turtle and confidant.
