After successfully shattering a military industrial complex conspiracy, navy SEALs Erin "Scratch" Ryan and Kevin "Roach" Bond have become the US president's most valued assets-tough, loyal men who answer directly to the commander-in-chief.

In advance of a high-profile trip to Peru, where the President will meet with South American leaders to discuss ways to combat the drug cartels, the two SEALs head to Columbia on a highly-sensitive mission: disrupting cartel operations.
