This book offers Black People with the Post-Traumatic Distress Syndrome(PTDS) a program out of it by addressing the following: CAUSE: Enslavement of Africans by Satanists oriented captors and ongoing racismPRIVATE SELF EFFECTS: PTDS shatters the Integrity of ones birth gift Selfhood Greatness and places a psychic trauma cloud over it. This leads to ones emotions being totally focused on protecting ones resultant "Raw Nerve." In turn, that causes a loss of Respect, Compassion, primal Empathy, and Unconditional Love for oneself and others. PUBLIC SELF EFFECTS: A failure of SELF-LOVE prevents preparation to take care of oneself; allows needless harm to come to oneself; not avoiding needless harm to oneself; an inability to accept Love from others; poor Manners, and not being overly concerned about harm done to others. This causes one to feel worthless, inadequate, unimportant, isolated from not belonging and powerless. DIAGNOSIS: PTDS voluntarily accepts distress and poverty states; defends oppressors' dictates. MANAGEMENT: Gain a Free Mind by replacing ones "Raw Nerve" with Ancient Africans' Spiritual Elements-i.e. Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, the Natural-as settings for establishing and cultivating Selfhood Greatness, Certainty, Courage, Curiosity, Creativity and Integrity.
