Three Levels to Church Transformation Jeff Beamon

Helping Churches Succeed Through Transformation"Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." (John 14:12) With this verse that Jesus left with us as believers, we must ask ourselves are we truly doing greater works than Jesus today. This writing is about the need to transform the culture in our churches. In schools today, as Christian parents we want our children in the best school and some parents will even send their children to private school. Why, because the environment, the culture is more conducive for learning and when we learn, we grow. In this book we discuss the need to apply the same principle to our churches...that is we must have an environment conducive to teaching and learning. Through the years, the culture in our churches have deteriorated and we must transform that culture if we are to become who God say we should be in Isaiah... The head, not the tail; above, not beneath; and the lender, not the borrower. This book explains why the culture in our churches has deteriorated and what will be required to transform that culture. To Transform Church Culture, we must: Show how church leaders must establish the vision and develop a plan to communicate and achieve that visionShow areas that scripture must be taught in order to grow, develop, and restore a culture of excellence in our church. Show how leaders can shape behaviors, values, and beliefs of parishioners at their church in a significant way. How to get more parishioners involved in Ministry How to restore trust within the church through biblical relevance Provide the methodology to transforming your culture for a healthier church...
