Bullying has become an epidemic. It is unknown exactly how many lives are lost - and how many more lives are made a living hell - because of bullying. Every one of us is affected by bullying... in one way or another. Bullies exist everywhere. We go to school with them; we work with them; we live with them. We are them. All of us carry a bit of the bully in us. As a society, we admire and reward the success of focused directness. The question is: What happens when acceptable "assertiveness" is shoved over... into unacceptable "aggressiveness" and bullying?
