Lacey is a 22 year old photographer who so far in life hasn't had much luck finding love. Until she takes a holiday in Far North Queensland and gets to know a few of the locals. Lacey is very inexperienced and finds herself being swept off her feet by a ladies man named Troy. A ladies man is a nice way to put it. A man slut is probably a more accurate description of what Troy is or at least a nastier way to put it and Troy doesn't need or deserve anyone being politically correct when describing him. He doesn't care about anyone else except himself. After being with Troy, Lacey finds it hard to trust men again and when she finds love again she fights against it. Lacey finds herself travelling to places like Mexico, Fitzroy Island and Far North Queensland and not all her experiences are awful or hard, she also manages to have fun along the way.
