Billy is in serious trouble. He fell in a mud puddle and is afraid that his mother will punish him for getting his new clothes dirty. His best friend Charlie, however, thinks he has the perfect solution, "Tell your mom a lie!" From bigger-than-life bullies to rampaging buffalo, Charlie gives Billy a wide array of tall tales to tell his mother when he gets home.
