How might an unassuming and nieve man react to the constant hammering of the media telling him he is continuously the subject of terrorist threats. How might such a person learn to live with the constant fear and the never-ending sense of impending doom? Tim hears that there are those in his government acting too aggressively--endangering his life. Then he hears that they are not acting aggressively enough--endangering his life. The real question, however, is what will Tim do when he comes face-to-face with a genuine threat? And who, exactly, will reap what the fear-mongers of the world have sown?
