We can't expect to get there from here unless we have agreed on a set of values that are the highest in the universe, taught by none other than Jesus, himself--our most revered religious teacher. Then as we embody these values in our institutions, we will accordingly be giving each individual society the vision and inspiration it needs to know where it is going and how to get there, in conjunction with our global society, all of which should be able to create a pathway that can guide us God-ward. Oh yes, and by joining together on a global basis according to the highest religious teachings that we have available to us, we will then be prepared to co-operate as a planet to take the measures we need to save ourselves from environmental doom: We have already set in place the process of "Global Warming" that will--unless stopped by us in a united global effort--in the near future melt our ice caps and raise the ocean levels sufficiently to flood all of our coast lines, thereby sending millions and even billions of people searching for higher ground, creating global havoc like we have never even imagined. This book is written specifically to offer a solution to avoid this problem, using the principles of peace spelled out herein.
