Jasmine & Chad Make New Friends Kathy Robertson

Jasmine and Chad Bear are going into the second grade this year. They are a little anxious and at the same time excited as they are going to a new school. Jasmine and Chad are surprised and a little uneasy when they fi nd out that their new school is nothing like their old school. The desks, teacher, and especially the students appear to be very different from Jasmine and Chad. It takes an assignment from the teacher to teach them about working cooperatively and about respect for diversity. Jasmine and Chad also build new friendships along the way.
