In this book, the author hopes to show the consequences of allowing destructive habits and emotions destroy potential in a variety of circumstances and from a number of characters. Ms. Wright ends the collection with the acceptance of taking responsibility for changing our circumstances no matter how bleak, meeting mortality at the end of a well-used life.
