I cover a variety of situations that can affect a bipolar sufferer, including anxiety, mental anguish, anger, hallucinations, delusions, paranoia, guilt and other losses. Even with life set backs you can find acceptance and move on to a better place within yourself. I also cover topics including work and coping with a mental illness while dealing with my wife's Stroke and Cancer. The book has an underlying theme of religious freedom that has emerged as I grew in my Catholic faith.
